This is the last of our daily Take Back Time challenges...
So, this weekend is meant only to enjoy what you have learned.
Take your newfound time and plan, be creative, explore.
I truly hope that you have benefited from at least one if not all of the challenges I have been putting us through. And I hope that you have found a few steps that really work for you, so you can continue practicing them.
Now, the daily steps may be coming to a close, but this challenge is intended to be a month long. Just as mentioned when we started, the next two weeks are for practice. Everything you have gained from this experiment should be carried over daily for the next couple of weeks. After that, see how you feel and proceed from there. By then, some steps may have become habits without you even realizing. This gives you enough time to notice a personal difference.
Once the next two weeks have past, I simply wish that each participant take what has worked for them, and leave the rest.
Each of our lives is different.
So, take yours and live it fully.
